We strongly recommend reviewing the Hub Repair portion of our Warranty and Returns page before purchasing this Repair Service. If you are unsure if your Pneumatic Hub is a good candidate for the Hub Repair Service, please contact support@revrobotics.com for help identifying the source of your issue.
In general, we recommend purchasing this repair service separately from other items. If you wish to purchase additional items to be shipped with the refurbished Pneumatic Hub, you may add those items to the order, but those items will not ship until the damaged Pneumatic Hub is received.
Instructions:
Within one week of purchasing this repair service, the damaged Pneumatic Hub should be sent via a trackable shipping service to:

Within the box, include the following items:
- Damaged Pneumatic Hub
- A printout of the order confirmation from the Repair Service purchase
- Notes about the reason for the repair
- Please do not include any other parts (cables, sensors, mounting hardware, etc)
- Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping and providing tracking numbers
