ION #25 Sprockets

ION #25 Sprockets are compatible with the REV ION System and designed for use with #25 Roller chain.

• #25 Plate Sprockets: Featuring MAXSpline and a 2in bolt circle that patterns outward radially, allowing for bolting to structure easily.
• #25 Hub Sprockets: Featuring a 1/2in Hex bore or MAXSpline and transfer torque through a shaft. 1/2in Hex - 16 Tooth - Double sprockets available for chain in tube applications.
• #25 Billet Sprockets: Featuring a 2in bolt circle that patterns outward radially, allowing you to mount the sprocket directly to a flat surface (like the side of a MAXTube) while maintaining enough clearance to avoid additional spacers. They are machined from billet 6061 aluminum and feature integrated stiffening geometry that allows them to transfer significantly more torque than traditional flat plate sprockets through their MAXSpline centers.
